Pavlova

INGREDIENTS

4               Egg Whites

300g         Castor Sugar

5g             Vanilla Extract

10g           Corn Flour

a pinch of salt

 

PROCEDURE.

  1. Whisk egg whites on high till it becomes white and slightly stiff, slowly add sugar and pinch of salt until all is taken in and can form stiff glossy peaks.
  2. add vanilla essence and corn flour, whisk till fully incorporated and sugar is fully incorporated.
  3. Place in greased baking tray however you desire, Bake for 1- 1 and a half hours at 140 degrees turn oven off after first 20 mins
  4. Top with whipped fresh cream and desired fruits/ toppings.
