Cream Cheese Icing

INGREDIENTS

100g        Cream Cheese

80g          Softened Unsalted Butter

200g        Icing Sugar

4              Lemons

 

PROCEDURE.

  1. Zest and juice Lemons and place in mixing bowl with all other ingredients, mix on a medium speed until fluffy, white and Smooth.
  2. Adjust with addition lemon juice or Icing sugar as seen fit.
  3. Top Necessary items and decorate with fruits or nuts.
