140g Brown Sugar
10g Vanilla Extract
10g Baking Powder
200g Chopped Milk Chocolate
100g Chopped walnuts (optional)
- In a mixer Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract till light and fluffy.
- Slowly add eggs until fully incorporated, slowly add flour and baking powder till dough just forms, add chocolate, sultana and Walnuts and mix slowly until dough fully forms.
- Spoon cookies onto a lined baking tray and press down with fork.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15mins, check to see if cookie is baked (should be just turning golden on top). leave on trays to cool before transferring to wires.
