Tollhouse Cookies (Chocolate,Fruit and Nut)

INGREDIENTS

2               Eggs

250g         Butter

140g         Brown Sugar

10g           Vanilla Extract

140g          Sugar

350g          Flour

10g            Baking Powder

200g         Chopped Milk Chocolate

100g         Sultana

100g         Chopped walnuts (optional)

 

 

PROCEDURE.

  1. In a mixer Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract till light and fluffy.
  2. Slowly add eggs until fully incorporated, slowly add flour and baking powder till dough just forms, add chocolate, sultana and Walnuts and mix slowly until dough fully forms.
  3. Spoon cookies onto a lined baking tray and press down with fork.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15mins, check to see if cookie is baked (should be just turning golden on top). leave on trays to cool before transferring to wires.
